This training is designed to help real estate professionals understand the benefits and process for building energy efficient ADUs to meet client demand.

In recent years, state and municipal agencies have created programs and incentives to encourage Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) development to meet the growing demand for housing. This four-hour training focuses on increasing real estate professionals' knowledge about ADUs, state codes related to ADUs, and how all-electric and energy-efficient ADUs can improve a property's value. This course was designed to respond to increasing client demand for properties with ADU potential, while providing a competitive edge in the market.
