Precise Cooking

Chef Tú showcased the precision and control of induction cooking. With this technology, you can simmer your food for a long time or achieve a perfect crispy golden-brown finish.

Safety in the Kitchen

The crowd was amazed as Chef Tú demonstrated that he could even hold the hot pan with his bare hands (Don't try this at home!). This is because the pan only gets hot in the right places, offering a safety benefit for those prone to burns!

Efficiency Redefined

Induction cooking is generally more energy-efficient than gas, as the heat is generated directly in the cookware, minimizing heat loss. This can lead to faster cooking times and less heat transferred to you as you cook.

Health at Home

The demo also emphasized important health benefits. Cooking on induction reduces your risk of exposure to pollutants that appear when cooking with gas.

Effortless Cleanup

The aspect that excited most everyday cooks was the cleaning process! Simply wipe the flat cooking surface; there are no metal grates to maneuver. Imagine the time saved!
