Here is an example of an electrification project at a 20-unit property that does not include burden zone incentives. This particular project served all 20 units with heat pump water heater and HVAC upgrades.
Base Incentive = $10,000 ($500 rebate x 20 units)
Central Heat Pump Water Heater Electrification Adder = $20,000 ($1,000/unitx 20 units)
In Unit Heat Pump HVAC Electrification Adder = $30,000 ($1,500unitx 20 units)
Total Rebate = $60,000
