BayREN is Redesigning the Single Family Home+ Program

BayREN’s Single Family Home+ program aims to serve moderate-income and harder-to-reach residents in the Bay Area. The program is being redesigned to better achieve the goals of health, comfort, safety, and savings through energy upgrades for these target populations. The new Single Family program will be designed to complement existing programs, and is anticipated to launch in the late fall or winter of 2024.

BayREN Supports Local Businesses with Energy Efficiency Upgrades

In the bustling heart of downtown San Rafael stands Thai Food Express, serving beloved dishes such as red curry, drunken noodles, and papaya salad. Open since 1990, Thai Food Express has consistently remained a crowd favorite. Recently, the restaurant has embraced a new flavor of improvements: energy efficiency upgrades made through the BayREN Business program.
