Major changes are affecting reach codes and building decarbonization. The State of California has adopted a 6-year moratorium on codes that affect residential buildings. At the same time, the Bay Area Air District is phasing in rules reducing emissions from water heating and space heating. What options remain for local governments? This forum will explore examples of Bay Area local governments navigating our complex and evolving energy policy landscape. Join us for this online event, which is free and open to all.
