This course will focus on Energy Code requirements and processes for residential alterations projects such as HVAC changeouts, window replacements and water heater replacements. 

Topics Covered: HERS registries, what projects are required to be in the registry, how to track CF1R, CF2R and CF3R forms electronically so hard copies do not need to be printed, with a special focus on HVAC alterations compliance and inspections.
