This course will explain how to process residential alterations projects, which are mostly over-the-counter permits such as HVAC changeouts, window replacements and water heater replacements.
Topics Covered: CalCERTS HERS registry, what projects are required to be in the registry, how to track CF1R, CF2R and CF3R forms electronically so hard copies do not need to be printed.
