BayREN C&S Training: Nonresidential Tenant Improvements and Alterations

This course will discuss different elements of enforcing the nonresidential code for tenant improvement and alterations. 

Topics covered: Nonresidential Compliance Process Flow, what triggers a tenant improvement and alteration code requirement, best practices for code compliance, and specific requirements for lighting, mechanical and envelope improvement.
