BayREN C&S Training: Introduction to Residential Building Electrification - offered in partnership with SVCE

The course focuses on electrification of existing residences, including discussion of relevant building science as it relates to existing conditions, the value of efficiency improvements together with electrification, introductions to modern electric alternatives to “the big four” traditional gas uses (space heating, water heating, cooking, and clothes drying), and the principal energy code provisions applicable to each.
