See how BayREN's Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancements Program - led by Alameda County's StopWaste and administered within San Francisco by the San Francisco Department of Environment - is supporting local housing affordability through no-cost energy consulting and effective $750 per unit rebates.

Through 2018, the Multifamily program has served over 32,000 units, of which 42% are affordable housing.
